    Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-business step by step implementation for private clinic to manage growth and expansion of operations.

Project: Laboratory Analysis Document Automation

    Responsibilities:
  • Create, design and implement an automated data entry process for Laboratory Analysis Results (including automatic Graphics generation):
  • Create an automated form / document to assist technicians while inputting patient analysis results  for electronic records
  • Develop user GUI interface (fields, scroll bars, etc) and all needed form entry fields (name, file number, OH level 1 , OH level 2, etc)
  • Develop macros for automated push and pulls to application database (at the click of a button)
  • Automatically generate graphic representation of analysis results
  • Design printable document
  • Integrate Form into Medical Secretary Team Process
  • Install template forms on network servers
  • Configure workstations for form compatibility
  • Provide on-going support and user-training

    • Accomplishments:

  • Automated data entry process has resulted in decreased filing errors and reduced manhours for  the task by 70%
  • Automated form now replaces data entry process for depistage
  • Client  is replicating process and forms to other areas of the laboratory and clinic

Project: Patient Care Centre (including call center) implementation

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement a Patient Care Centre for private medical clinic (including VOIP and Scripting Process Implementations)
  • Install, configure and deploy VOIP IPBX server
  • Dial Plans, Ring groups, DID number, Hunt protocols, video conferencing setup, remote and software phone setups

    • Accomplishments:

  • All requirements and scoping (equipment, human resources, technology, supporting processes / interdepartmental collaboration)
  • Acquired T1 line as per my recommendation
  • Designed call scripting for call processing and interdepartmental transfers for call resolution

VOIP and SYSTEMS SUPPORT

Project: VOIP and CRM installation and deployment at OneBridge www.onebridge.ca

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, customize and deploy IP PBX and CRM servers
  • Interface with PSTN and IAX providers
  • Dial Plans, Ring groups, DID number, Hunt protocols, video conferencing setup, remote and software phone setups

Accomplishments:

  • Deployed VOIP server on OneBridge network
  • Integrated two DIDs
  • Configured servers for interfacing with PSTN and channel providers (IAX and SIP)
  • Installed and configured software phones for remote and travelling sales teams
  • Installed Sugar CRM services, Created Users and customized interface.
